Culture-Based Transformative Coaching® (CBTC), Certification
As part of our long-term approach to sustainable positive impact, Village Connect is looking to certify WE-Empower Family (WEF) graduates that want to deepen their impact in Culture-Based Transformative Coaching®. Alumni that elect to get certified will receive over 40+ Hours of training. Under licensed supervision, these coaches will facilitate new cohorts, model resilience, and sustain the WEF legacy both directly with the work they do with Village Connect and organically from within their communities.
Village Connect is proud to announce that Culture-Based Transformative Coaching® Certifications will be issued by the Culture-Based Transformative Coaching® (CBTC) Institute. A privately owned organization that will offer Premium CBTC® organizational transformation training and consulting engagements. A portion of the revenue generated by the institute will be donated to Village Connect and further it's positive impact by increasing the amount of scholarships and providing an additional source for credentialed facilitators and coaches to lead programs at Village Connect. Additionally, the CBTC Institute will have it's own set of positive community impact goals that we look forward to announcing as they materialize.
CBTC ® Certification Levels
Level 1
CBTC® Practitioner
Entry-level CBTC® certification and the primary entry point for WEF Tier 3 graduates and university interns.
Establishes foundational competency in Culture-Based Transformative Coaching methodology.
The starting gate of the economic empowerment pathway. Eligible for Ubuntu Scholarship funding.
Level 2
CBTC® Facilitator
The income-generating credential, the level at which individuals earn at current industry pay scale as community facilitators.
The primary economic empowerment milestone in the ecosystem, directly embodying the Ujamaa principle.
Participants facilitating workshops at the Practitioner level may advance to paid facilitation upon Lvl 2 certification.
Level 3
Master Facilitator Coach
The multiplication credential, enabling national and international replication through a train-the-trainer model.
Lvl 3 Master Facilitator Coaches can certify others, creating the
infrastructure for interconnected chapters and supporting the evolution toward national and international expansion.
