The WE-Empower Family Ecosystem

The WE-Empower Family Ecosystem guides households and students on a connected journey of healing, growth, and leadership. Through family coaching, school-based support, and continuous alumni engagement, participants build resilience and identity. The WE-Empower Family Ecosystem is Village-Connect’s integrated, culturally grounded system of family and community transformation. It begins with the WE-Empower Family coaching intensive, extends into youth development, and flows into alumni leadership with pathways that sustain growth for generations.

1. WE-Empower Family (Core Coaching Intensive)

WE-Empower Family (WEF) is a 10-week coaching intensive that strengthens family bonds, builds resilience, and equips caregivers with tools for healing and advocacy. SIMBA/NALA Playgroups provide culturally grounded enrichment for children ages 5-10, with rites-of-passage activities that build literacy, identity, and emotional expression, while preparing ages 11-15 as junior facilitators and future leaders.
