The "Manhood Collaborative" is made up of individuals, groups, organizations, and businesses whose aim is to promote and initiate activities and public policy that encourages and supports MANHOOD & SUSTAINABLE FATHERHOOD

Alameda County - Honoring Fathers & Men Gathering
An African American Male Centered Forum
This quarterly forum is designed to reduce the premature mortality of African American boys and men by stimulating ongoing and consistent dialogue and positive activity within high-risk neighborhoods.
This collaborative grassroots effort seeks to educate, inspire, and challenge participants to gain a greater understanding of the underlying issues related to the prevalent outcomes that befall African American males at a disproportionate rate and the negative ripple effects they have on family and community.
